Log into your DENTAL account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
